Vedika is a deep tech product at the intersection of artificial intelligence, astronomical computation, and Indic knowledge systems. We build domain-specific AI that understands traditional Indian sciences — starting with Vedic astrology, the most computationally demanding of them.
Our flagship product, Vedika, is a first-party indic-native astrology LLM covering 3 classical astrology systems (Vedic sidereal, Western tropical, KP Krishnamurti) + Vastu, Tarot, Chinese & 20 more domains with 700+ operations. It ships with two delivery paths — a normal path for full deep analysis (20-30 seconds, all plans) and a fast path that delivers the same depth in 1-3 seconds (Business+). Every AI claim is validated against precision astronomical data.

Our own astronomical engine, open-sourced under Apache-2.0 (crates.io, PyPI xalen, npm @xalen/wasm), validated against JPL DE440 with a reproducible JPL DE440 benchmark — zero charts deviating beyond 0.1°. 60 divisional charts (D1-D60), 6 dasha systems, 300+ yoga detection, 8 ayanamsa systems.
Sanskrit-aware Indic NLP. AI chat live in English + 7 Indic languages; PDF reports are generated in English, with Vedic reports also translating their cited interpretations into 22 more languages (other text stays English).
We are developing quantized (4-bit, 8-bit) open-weight Indic astrology models for on-device and edge inference — fine-tuned on classical Vedic texts (BPHS, Phaladeepika, Saravali) with astronomical grounding. This will enable offline astrology AI on mobile devices.
